Nine members of the Roger Casement Branch attended the July 1, Annual  Remembrance Ceremonies at the Somme. Wreaths were laid on behalf of the Branch at the Thiepval Memorial , Ulster Memorial Tower and at Guillemont. The Department of Defence was represented at the ceremonies by Brig-Gen Tom Behan. The group also attended WWI war memorials in the Ypres Salient including Menin Gate and Tyne Cot Cemetery. Visits were also made to a number of graves of former relatives of Branch Members.
